This is cardio, the SOMOS way: intentional, low impact, and built to move with rhythm.Perfect if you’re craving that sweaty release but want to stay rooted in control.

STRENGTH & REFORM.
PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD MEETS REFORMER PILATES.Elevate your strength with a class designed to merge progressive overload training with Pilates precision. In this 50-minute intermediate session, the first half of class focuses on foundational strength work off the reformer, targeting major movement patterns to build balanced strength and stability. In the second half, you’ll take that same focus onto the reformer with heavier spring settings and controlled resistance work, ensuring true strength progression through tailored challenges.
Our expert instructors guide you through a seamless flow that integrates evidence-based strength principles with Pilates alignment and control. The format is designed to train the full body each session while maintaining variety, progression, and accessibility. Clients can expect steady gains in strength, improved movement quality, and the motivation of training in a supportive, community-driven environment

PRE/POSTNATAL.
MINDFUL MOVEMENT. RECOVERY FOCUSED. BABIES WELCOME. A supportive pre- and postnatal Pilates class designed specifically for expecting and postpartum moms. This class focuses on gentle realignment, strength, and stretch while supporting the unique needs of the body during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Programming is intentional, low-impact, and rooted in high-level Pilates principles to help you feel strong, supported, and confident in your movement.
Babies are welcome to attend alongside you (ages 0–12 months) and may nap, enjoy tummy time, or simply be near you while you take time to move your body, reconnect, and focus on yourself.
