Pilates is a low-impact, strength-based movement system focused on postural alignment, mobility, and core stability. Developed by Joseph Pilates, the method was designed to promote complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit. At SOMOS, Pilates is taught with a contemporary, athletic edge—a powerful, low-impact approach that supports strength, flexibility, and longevity for all bodies.

We recommend wearing form-fitting athletic wear so instructors can clearly see your alignment. Grip socks are optional—bring your own if you prefer. Bring a water bottle and towel. We offer water fountains and have Defiance Fuel bottles available for purchase.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. Should a spot open, you'll be automatically added to the class and notified via your preferred contact method (email or text). We stop pulling from the waitlist 1 hour before class begins.
By joining the waitlist, you’re committing to attend if added to class. Our 12-hour cancellation policy still applies—so if you’re added and can’t attend, it will count as a late cancel. If your availability changes, simply remove yourself by heading to “Upcoming Reservations” in your account.
If you don’t make it off the waitlist and don’t remove yourself, your class credit will be automatically returned to your account within 30 minutes after the class ends. Keep an eye on your status, especially for early morning classes which often open up overnight.
